Building Together- BitSpace's FIRST Parent & Child Workshop

BitSpace Chicago, the youth-only makerspace in Ravenswood/Lincoln Square, is running their first ever workshop for parents AND kids! Join a morning of woodworking fun and leave with a project that was built together. The first project? Plant stands!

Working in teams of two (1 parent & 1 child), you'll design plant stands, learn the basics of tool safety, and divvy up the to-do list. Then together, you'll assemble, decorate, and enjoy your newfound hobby!

Pre-registration is required. Register here! Enrollment is capped at 12 teams, so sign up early to claim a spot!

For kids aged 7+.

Please note, we will begin promptly at 10AM. Please arrive a few minutes early to find parking and get settled in the shop.
